3. Ordering Process

1. Placing an Order: Orders can be placed through our website, via email, or in person.

2. Artwork and Approval: Custom orders may require client-supplied artwork. We will provide a proof for approval where applicable. Approval indicates acceptance of layout, spelling, sizing, and colours.

3. Payment: Full payment is required before production unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Lead Time: Estimated production times will be given upon order confirmation. These are estimates and may vary due to demand, stock availability, or supplier delays.

5. Custom Orders: Customised products cannot be refunded or returned unless defective or incorrectly produced as per the approved proof.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices include VAT (if applicable) unless otherwise stated.

• We accept EFT, card payments, and other methods as advertised.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Delivery and Collection

• Delivery fees are for the customer’s account unless otherwise stated.

• We use third-party couriers and are not liable for delays beyond our control.

• Risk passes to you upon delivery or collection.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Custom Products: No returns/refunds on custom products except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by us.

• Non-Custom Products: You may return items in original condition within 7 days at your own cost.

• Cancellations: Cancellations after production has started will not be refunded.

• Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and content on our website remain our intellectual property unless otherwise noted.

• You warrant that any artwork you supply does not infringe third-party rights, and you indemnify us against any claims.

8. Website Use

• You may not use our site for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or block access at our discretion.
